Welcome to Bateel Tech. By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with us, you (“the Client”) agree in full to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern the contractual relationship between you and Bateel Tech Solutions (“the Company”).
The Company provides a range of technology solutions, including but not limited to: website and mobile app design and development, digital marketing, AI-driven solutions, and more.
The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for each project are detailed in the official “Quotation” or “Contract” provided to the Client, which shall form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.
To ensure timely and successful project delivery, the Client agrees to the following:
Content Provision: Supplying all necessary materials for the project (e.g., logos, texts, images) within the agreed timeframe.
Communication & Feedback: Assigning a responsible contact person to provide feedback and approvals on project stages within a maximum of [e.g., 3 business days] of each request.
Transparency: Any delay from the Client’s side in providing materials or approvals may result in a delay in the overall project timeline.
Final Ownership: Upon full payment of all project fees, ownership of the final deliverables (such as the final source code, website, app, or design files) transfers to the Client.
Company Rights: Bateel Tech retains the right to reuse internally developed code libraries, frameworks, or general technical components in other projects. The Company also reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio as an example of its expertise—unless otherwise agreed in writing under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
Both parties (the Company and the Client) agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information shared during the project and shall not disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.
Bateel Tech commits to delivering the project according to the technical specifications outlined in the contract.
The Company’s responsibility ends upon the successful delivery and launch of the project. We are not liable for any commercial or marketing outcomes (e.g., sales performance or website traffic), as these depend on the Client’s operational strategies.
Any modifications or code alterations made by the Client or third parties after final delivery will void any technical warranty provided by the Company.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Saudi courts.
