Welcome to Bateel Tech. Your use of our website or your engagement of any of our services constitutes your full acceptance of the following terms and conditions governing the contractual relationship between you (the “Client”) and Bateel Tech (the “Company”).

1. Scope of Services

The Company offers a range of technical solutions including (but not limited to): website and app design and development, digital marketing, artificial intelligence solutions, and more. The precise scope of work, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in the official “quotation” or “contract” provided to the client, which is considered an integral part of these terms.

2. Client Obligations

To ensure the project's success and on-time delivery, the client agrees to the following:

• Providing content: Providing all materials required for the project (such as logos, texts, and images) at the agreed time.
• Communication and feedback: Designating a point of contact to provide feedback and approvals across the project's various stages within a period not exceeding [e.g., 3 business days] from the date requested.
• Transparency: Any delay by the client in providing the required materials or approvals may result in a delay to the project's final timeline.

3. Intellectual Property of Projects

• Final ownership: After full payment of the project's financial dues, ownership of the final deliverables (the final source code of the website or app, and the final designs) transfers to the client.
• Company rights: “Bateel Tech” reserves the right to use the code, libraries, and general technologies it has developed in-house in other projects. The Company also has the right to showcase the completed project in its portfolio as an example of its expertise, unless otherwise agreed in writing (a non-disclosure agreement).

4. Confidentiality

Both parties (the Company and the Client) undertake to keep confidential all non-public information exchanged during the project period, and not to disclose it to any third party without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

• “Bateel Tech” undertakes to deliver the project in accordance with the technical specifications agreed upon in the contract.
• “Bateel Tech”'s responsibility ends upon the successful delivery and launch of the project. We are not responsible for the commercial or marketing results the client achieves through the project (such as sales volume or number of visitors), as these depend on the client's operational strategy.
• Any modifications or additions to the code by the client or a third party after final delivery void any technical warranty provided by the Company.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising in connection with them falls under the jurisdiction of the Saudi courts.
