At Bateel Tech, our goal is to build transparent, trust-based business relationships.
This policy outlines our approved payment structure and project cancellation terms to protect the rights of both parties.
Quotation Validity:
All quotations issued by Bateel Tech are valid for [e.g., 30 days] from the date of issuance.
Payment Structure:
Our projects follow a milestone-based payment system, detailed in each contract. The standard structure includes:
Initial Deposit (50%) – A non-refundable payment made upon signing the contract to initiate work and reserve project resources.
Milestone Payments (as applicable) – The remaining amount may be divided across key project phases (e.g., after design approval, before development begins).
Final Payment – Due before the final delivery and deployment of the project to live servers.
If the client decides to cancel the project after signing the contract and paying the initial deposit, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers planning, initial work, and resource allocation costs.
If cancellation occurs after certain phases have been completed and their corresponding payments made, those payments are also non-refundable, as they represent completed deliverables.
Bateel Tech reserves the right to cancel a project if the client fails to meet essential obligations, such as delayed payments or prolonged failure to provide required materials/content, which significantly hinders progress. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for amounts already paid.
In the rare event that Bateel Tech must cancel a project due to internal or force majeure circumstances, the company commits to refund any payments made for work that has not yet been completed.
