At Bateel Tech, we aim to build transparent, trust-based working relationships. This policy explains our approved payment process and project cancellation terms to protect the rights of both parties.
1. Quotations and Payments
- Quotation validity: All quotations provided by Bateel Tech are valid for [e.g., 30 days] from their date of issue.
- Payment structure: Our projects follow a milestone-based payment system, detailed in the contract. The standard model is:
- Down payment (50%): A non-refundable payment made upon signing the contract to begin work and reserve the resources required for the project.
- Milestone payments (based on project size): The remaining amount may be split across key milestones (e.g., after design approval, before development begins).
- Final payment: Paid before the final delivery of the project and its launch on live servers.
2. Project Cancellation by the Client
- If the client decides to cancel the project after signing the contract and paying the down payment, then the down payment is considered non-refundable, to cover the costs of planning, preliminary work, and resource allocation.
- If the cancellation occurs after certain milestones have been completed and paid for, the amounts paid for those completed milestones are also considered non-refundable.
3. Project Cancellation by “Bateel Tech”
- “Bateel Tech” reserves the right to cancel the project if the client materially breaches their obligations (such as failing to make payments on time, or not providing the required content for an extended period that hinders progress). In this case, no paid amounts are refunded.
- In the rare case where “Bateel Tech” is forced to cancel the project for compelling reasons of its own, the company undertakes to refund all amounts the client has paid for work not yet completed.
